Privacy Policy

1. Information collected

Contact form. If you send a note, the form collects the email address, subject, and message you choose to provide.

Anonymous site analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page usage and performance. It provides aggregated technical information without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Language preference. Your manual language choice is saved in a cookie for one year and sent to this site when you return. Preferences are stored separately on laurence.page and laurencejiang.com. Without a saved choice, the homepage uses Cloudflare country information and your browser language. Language selection does not store IP addresses. Direct /en/ and /zh/ links always keep their requested language.

Security checks. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device signals for this check.

2. Why the information is used

• To deliver your message and reply to your enquiry.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the portfolio.
• To meet any applicable legal obligations.

Providing contact-form information is voluntary. If you do not provide it, the form cannot deliver an enquiry or receive a reply.

3. Services involved

Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend and are received by Laurence. The site is hosted and measured through Cloudflare. Information is shared only as needed to provide those functions or when required by law.

Cloudflare also provides the contact form's Turnstile security verification. Your message content is not included in the verification request.

4. Storage and protection

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Contact messages are kept only for as long as they are needed to respond, maintain an appropriate record of the enquiry, or meet legal requirements.

5. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or request its deletion where applicable. You can also clear the saved language preference through your browser's site-data controls.
